Brightspot Climate is an independent climate change and energy consultancy that works collaboratively with industry experts, community stakeholders, and project developers to apply innovative and efficient solutions to mitigate climate change. 

We are extremely proud to have a diverse workforce, with 55% of our staff identifying as women or gender minorities, 6% as Indigenous Peoples, and 45% as visible minorities (accurate as of August 1, 2024; based on a 94% response rate). Brightspot devotes significant resources to incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) education in the workplace. 

Each member of our diverse team plays an important role in developing innovative strategies and driving performance. Our team works primarily out of our Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto offices, with a few remote team members across Canada.
